Jackie Chen is a Partner of Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments at Hoovest Group as well as the Co-Founder and CIO of INP Capital.

With 15+ years of experience in the Financial and Investment industry, Jackie founded the Uni-innovate Group and INP Capital to invest in and help leading-edge technology companies become successful globalized enterprises in the fields of Bio/Med-tech, EdTech, AI/Fintech, CleanTech and 3D/Big Data.

Jackie is familiar with the life cycle of technology companies and capital market activities, having successfully helped portfolio companies list on global exchanges such as ASX, CSE, and Chinese A-shares.

Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Business and Enterprise from OxfordBrookes University in London.
