Carmen brings over 20 years of financial expertise spanning various areas of financial economics, including investments, financial institutions, and international finance. She has led all stages of complex financial research projects, from designing and implementing quantitative methods to formulating hypotheses,planning analyses, synthesizing large datasets, and generating insights that inform actionable recommendations.

She leverages her extensive knowledge of diverse markets and financial products to support executive leadership in decision-making across key areas such as project and partnership assessments, model development, business planning, product development and integration, process enhancements for improved efficiency and regulatory compliance.
