Brett Molde the Partner of Institutional & Indigenous Relationships at Hoovest Group. Brett is a multi-time founder with deep expertise spanning consumer goods, logistics, and technology innovation. He began his career in Canada's oil and gas industry, where he built companies from the ground up and developed a strong understanding of resource-driven economies and large-scale project execution.

Most recently, Brett co-founded Avease, a digital try-on solution transforming the e-commerce apparel experience. At Avease, he led the company's business strategy and go-to-market execution, guiding the platform from concept through to commercial deployment with strong projected ROI.

Brett brings entrepreneurial energy, first-hand resource sector experience, and a strong network of institutional and community relationships to Hoovest's Sovereign Capital Advisory practice, where he focuses on building partnerships with Indigenous communities to advance projects that create meaningful economic and social impact.
