ZHAO Xuezhou (Justin) is a Strategic Advisor of Hoovest Group.

Justin has a strong background in finance, investment analysis, and cross-border project execution. He supports Hoovest in strategic initiatives and international business relationships, with a focus in structured finance, alternative investments, and global capital allocation.

Prior to joining Hoovest, Justin worked as a Supply Chain Financial Project Manager at China Genertec Universal Medical Group, a state-owned financial services platform, where he led client due diligence, structured financing solutions, and optimized financing costs for healthcare and industrial clients. Justin has hands-on experience in fund-related projects, financial market channel development, and investment advisory support. Earlier in his career, he founded and operated a financial services consultancy, supporting asset management and private investment projects for institutional clients, and has worked at Deloitte, PwC, and Bank of China, focusing on audit analysis, business due diligence, and financial reporting.

Justin is an MBA candidate of the University of Toronto. He holds an M.S. in Applied Financial Economics from Saint Louis University and a B.S. in Economics from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
